Adyar Ananda Bhavan - A2B — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

A2B is always my favorite place to taste variety of sweets whenever I visit India and for me it’s always been motichor ladoo. This time I was completely disappointed with the service offered in this particular restaurant. I know it’s was a peek time in the evening where many visit to have their evening snacks. we ordered two coffees and a pomegranate juice. The waiter, he was not even bothered to place the juice properly he even poured out some volume of juice from the glass and no guilt feeling at all. Just placed and went off. Very bad customer service.

Moreover just few minutes later after we entered the restaurant there were already another customer complaining about the poor customer service. Those three stars are only...

Worst experience. Today Sunday 8th May 2022. Visited A2B royapuram around 10am. Pathetic service. Restaurant fully crowded. Only one server serving. Till 20 min after entered the restaurant. No one came to get the order. Server rudely telling i am the only one. Atlast after waiting come took the order and said only idly and dosai available. Worst experience. A2B should know the value of the customer and the service. At last after eating and while going to the wash basin. Shocking to see a rat 🐭 is running from the kitchen and it went under the sweet stall in side A2B. I reported with a lady she seems like a supervisor. She kept silent. Pls makkale pls don't go A2B. I really wanted to give review for this a2b, we ordered 2 plate idly, we expected they give water.... but idly came bfr water... we asked hot water.... no one cared and the server behavior was very rude .. I asked more than thrice for hot water.... they never gave... on the 4th call the server ordered other north Indian guy to bring hot water.... that person brought hot water in full glass which we can't touch since it is more more more hot.... and he never cared... he jus kept and gone.... we finished our dinner with 2 idly alone... then we came out and went to another juice shop.... note.... there were no rush in the hotel... all workers are free only... I suggest not to go to this hotel... 0 star for...
