SS Hyderabad Biryani Royapuram — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hello, To the GMB team who is handling the reviews, I know you are going to just put a reply and leave it as it is but hear me out.

I went to buy a Chicken Executive Biriyani x1 at Royapuram Outlet, I'm not sure if this is COCO outlet ,FOCO outlet or FOFO outlet of the official SS Hyderabad Biriyani.

This guy in the billing counter is the default manager who wears a specs and a thoppa on his head.

I asked him this and that guy for a fraction of minute got a call and talking some gossip, making me wait there until I had to remember him that my time is running off.

You think people are jobless that I have to watch you talk gossip over a call and make me stare at you until you bill my order?

There, I didn't get pissed or anything since after I told him that I'm running out of time, he acknowledged the fact after a minute that I even told that I ran out of time and he gave me the bill. It was not a problem.

After, I got the bill, I went for the counter to get my order, I got it and I wanted extra Raita and chutney since I ordered executive Biriyani where a lot of people can eat. When I asked the guy on the executive counter, he simply said no as if I begged him for the raita and chutney?

I even told him, I can pay for that and he says, "You can go ask at the counter".

I went back to the same guy who billed me the order and told him that this guy denied that I asked him raita and chutney n even told him that I will pay him if there is any extra charges for this.

He said , raita and chutney is not for sales? Like what even? How am I supposed to eat my biriyani without the sides I asked for even when I'm literally telling you that I will pay for it respectively.

That guy simply says again that we can't simply provide extras like these again and again after I mentioned him that I can pay him for the extras.

And then other guy in the billing counter, told the executive to provide me and he did gave me. I didn't pay anything extra, all fine. But you didn't have to waste either of our times arguing over something like this, just let me pay for it and take the extra. Either way you save your time and my time as well.

Even my biriyani didn't have good pieces on it, all boned and broken pieces even after I requested for Chest piece.

So team, look after your managers and your state heads if they are doing their job looking after their employees doing good service or not for the customers and not waste our time. Your founder worked hard to create a brand like SS Hyderabad.

Thank you for spoiling my mood on a Sunday that I have to type this long for this which I HAVE NEVER DONE IN MY LIFE. No hate but this pissed me off and to comment on a review is my job.

Had a Wonderful Yummy Mutton Biriyani & Crispy Juicy Chicken 65. Actually surprised to see the wonderful ambience n theme of the restaurant. I could see some Old Cargo containers recycled n used for Interiors..... That's a marvelous way of reducing the consumption of New Building materials. The Red color interiors r very well synced with Brown color chairs. The Staircase steps area too was beautifully decorated.

Coming to the food.... I was on a urgency that day 17th February 2021. So just had a Mutton Biriyani n Chicken 65. Both were excellent on that day. Still i would like to have one more Mutton piece in Mutton Biriyani.

Parking of Bikes can be managed well. Waiting area was nice... View from the 1st floor was nice too. Praying the Almighty n Universe for Good Business n keep serving us with best foods with no adulterations n people will surely support u..... All the Best n Thanks for the Wonderful Mutton Biriyani....

For dine in : Today we 4 came for Lunch, waited 5-10min while we enter Atmosphere was very bad, bad Odour in entire place, and main issue is NO AC... (runs like fan mode). We saw one customer opened window, ur staff made him to close.. customer was in drowned in sweat. So embarassing.. For this reason we Left immediately... And Went to * Hotel

Note: we are regular customer ordering, Parcel, occasionally we get in dine in .. We can order online and have it in our home in Ac.. we need some good environment restaurant feel but today it was flop

Suggestion : pls make some nice smell, (give leave one day for restaurant, and open all doors, pls clean, do the needful service) and service the Ac it is Mandatory
