⭐ 1-Star Review: Worst A2B Experience Ever — A2B Tambaram
This outlet doesn’t even deserve to carry the A2B name. It is a disgrace to the otherwise reputed A2B chain. Whether it’s dine-in or delivery, the experience here has been horrible every single time.
❌ Dine-In Disaster:
We visited the Tambaram A2B recently, and despite plenty of empty tables, the staff made even a pregnant woman wait, stating “No service available”. Completely unprofessional and heartless behavior.
When we finally got seated and ordered Mushroom Manchurian (Full Gravy), they casually asked, “Is dry okay?” — after placing the order clearly. When we said we wanted only gravy, they said “Ok, we’ll make it semi-gravy”. What arrived was a joke — sweet, ketchup-soaked mushroom balls that tasted nothing like proper Manchurian. Zero flavour, zero effort, and no explanation from staff.
🛍️ Pathetic Delivery via Swiggy/Zomato:
I also made the mistake of ordering from A2B via Swiggy — didn’t realize it was being routed to this poor-quality Tambaram outlet. We ordered 4 Pongal and Vada for ₹680 — not only was it overpriced, but the food came with no proper chutney, only watery, tasteless sambar and a tiny amount of coconut chutney. Usually, A2B offers at least 2-3 chutney varieties — here, even the compartment slots in the packaging were left empty deliberately.
⚠️ Warning to Other Customers:
This is not the A2B you know and love. If you're expecting A2B's standard quality, stay far away from this outlet. If you’re ordering online, double-check which branch is preparing the food — if it's A2B Tambaram, cancel it.
📢 Urgent Call to A2B Franchise Heads:
If A2B values its brand reputation, immediate quality control and management overhaul is needed at the Tambaram outlet. This one branch is enough to destroy customer trust built over decades.
Final Verdict:
Never returning. Not dining in. Not ordering online. Ever again from...

Read moreYesterday noon I went to Aydar Ananda Bhavan A2B ( opposite to Jeyachandran Gold palace), Thambaram Chennai to purchase sweets around 1.40 pm. The man (I think he could be supervisor or manger) shouted to an employee - lady server who had her food in duty hours. She tried to explain her situation but the arrogant man scolded him in horrible words like "Nalla mattuku oru soodu". Everyone working in this world for meal and shelter. It seems, the lady employee was starving hence she have taken food in duty time. Whatever it will be treating an employee in a bad and vulgar words are against humanity. While seeing this I was shocked and left the place due to personal work. I am not in other social media like FB, LinkedIn, Instagram or Twitter. Hence shared my experience here. Kindly share this to your connections atleast it will bring little change how to treat their employees. Thanks for sharing. Now I felt bad that I should react at the moment and give voice to the poor lady at the spot. Also I missed...
