Worst behaviour. I ordered a special falooda for me. They make a falooda or else it a old parceled one. I don't know. They give me a falooda as a parcelled pack. I ask them I didn't ask you to parcel I need a falooda to eat right now. I don't need this. I need my falooda in a glass. They get the parcel falooda away from me and then they shift the falooda parcel to the glass and give it to me. Is this a good behaviour. The falooda was mixed all flavours icecream and fruits and it looks bad. Thank you for your hard work. Because of your shop I hate falooda right now. Ask the customer clearly about what they want...
