I recently had the pleasure of having breakfast at A2B and fell in love with the place. From the moment I walked in, the ambience was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of perfect. The breakfast menu was diverse and offered a range of delicious options. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked, with fresh ingredients and rich flavors that made every bite a delight. Spoilt food was served. My appetite was ruined due to the taste of the spoilt food. But your staff took it very lightly. Should I pay for it? Bearer is saying that they won't know that the food has gone bad. Manager said that the chances for food getting spoilt was sure because food comes from Pallipalayam.. so what? Don't you have a time frame to retain cooked food? Manager says that they are not finding a better place in Erode city. It is not the customer's problem. Swiggy boys 5-6 of them are inside the eating area. Reduce the no.of tables and give a separate counter for Swiggy boys.Why don't you have separate counters for them. Too crowded. Billing counter staff very slow. Only one staff. Cleaning the table took 10 min since we sat down... Customers are playing musical chair in catching seats. They keep on dragging chairs here and there for their convenience? There's no one to mind...

I would start by saying that the food is rlly amazing!, be it from north or south, and finding parking near the place is quite hard (cuz the entire surrounding place is a no parking zone, but yes if u can risk parking there, then there’s ample space!). The employees have to be trained, and they can’t handle the orders when it gets busy, they mess up btw various orders and go around asking the customers what they ordered (happened multiple times w me on diff occasions), the employee’s are not at all courteous and extremely rude, I was very disappointed w how the employees behave w the customers, however the manager in charge was quite amazing, so he alone made up for them! Now the janitor, they literally pour USED WATER FROM THE PREV CUSTOMERS GLASS on the table to clean it, extremely clumsy! Worst A2B...
