Hotel Regency Inn, Erode — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Hi Viewers, I have seen around 850 reviews all are provided a star level above 4. I don’t know, How they are satisfied with this hotel. I come to my review, we are arranged Baby shower function in REGENCY IN. While booking they provide good vibes to us. I am also getting some hope. Finally, we are, totally disappointed in the food, they are providing 5 variety food totally waste food looks like prepared by night and serving morning, white rice looks like Pongal. All my relatives provided very worst feedback to the Hotel staff and me also. Nobody can satisfy. No one can eat, they all are going to eat. Just taste the food and close the leaf. Hotel staffs are simply telling sorry sir. What is this? What can I say to my relatives? The price details also, I will provide here 1 leaf =449 + GST 18% total amount = 530 Totally I am spending around 70k waste of money. The food is not worth 530rs. Compared to road site food is 100 % better than Regency IN Food. Again I have arranged food in A2B hotel for my relatives.

My Better Advice don't arrange any function in this hotel. If you are arranged, totally you are getting disappointed.

Note: Food is very worst even though I will ask them to reduce the cost. They are telling no sir, our management won’t accept. Please give full satisfaction to your customer or else don't accept any function. I don’t know. How can I rectify this from...

1. Five stars for giving us 24hrs checkout. I.e they charged for one day only for checkout from 9Pm to next day 9PM. So travellers ... Call them and ask for it than booking it online where there is only option for 12-12 checkout.

3. Very good and fast restaurant to room service.
4. Great food at very affordable rates. Actually we searched for other restaurants nearby and later found that it is better to eat from here than from outside.
5. Great complementary breakfast - Ask for live Dosa and omlette. We got to know about it only after finishing breakfast. If regency is reading this just try to convey this to customers.

Some things that could be improved- I think it is a renovated hotel. There was a broken window pane in bathroom. So kindly take care of things like these. It's okay for budget business trips. But could attend to these things as it would make families more comfortable.

As I am a South Indian who can manage a little Tamil i had no problem. But I think staff should have some more capability to handle English to converse with other state travellers as most of the staff seem to know only Tamil including the...

Centrally located upcoming hotel providing neat services having an opportunity to grow. Stay was pleasant, however, the service takes upbeat requiring multiple reminders should you require any help. Worth mentioning couple of names to appreciate are Manikandan at front office and Vicky at cellar pub for being friendly, cordial helping you ease in the city along your stay at the hotel. Still under construction / renovation on their 2nd floor. Although spacious rooms they must ensure smoking zone should be outside the hotel premises without causing inconvenience for other rooms. 3rd floor is Anichem restaurant serving delicious authentic south a-la-carte flavours and complimentary breakfast spread worth an applause.
