Aishwaryam's by R.H.R HOTELS (P) LTD — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

For this year's Ayudha Pooja (29th SEP) they offered a package consist of 1 sweet pongal + 4 varieties of Sundal for Rs. 275. I ordered 2 packs for for my office pooja and the delivery is scheduled at 6 PM. We got the packs in time. But once we reached office and opened the same, we can see that except Sweet Pongal all the 4 sundal varieties where spoiled (rotten). We felt very very very disappointed and couldn't complete the pooja in our office as desired. Specifically I asked them that I want delivery only by evening and not morning. If you are ok to give it fresh take order otherwise don't take. They said ok but given spoiled food.

Immediately I visited their place and returned the same in a very very polite way to make sure that their ambiance is not interrupted in any manner. Told them the problem and asked them to call me back since the restaurant was crowded with customers. I don't want to create a bad publicity for them. Until today (7th OCT) none of them called back. People in Service Industry please learn to give proper service to customers. Being Polite doesn't mean that you can take things...

Worst service🤮 I ever seen in my lifetime as I visited many hotels⛺.

Not sure how peoples🧍 are still going here, due to veg🌱 and named hotel⛺?

Not worth it👎 and no taste🤦. When we informed them about the taste they simply replied only Ok🙎 nothing else.😡

The dinner manager🧑‍🔬 is very rude🤬 and his answers are rude👺 and unprofessional💩l in such a well-known hotel.

There are 2 rows in the hotel⛺, They serve 1 row of meals🍚 and other row tiffin🥘 items. We went 50 people🧑‍🤝‍🧑 and 1 row not enough and seated in row 2. They were not ready to serve meals🍚 in the 2nd row and asked to wait until the 1st row got vacant. We were informed that all of us are the same and the bill💸 will be paid by one person 🙎requested to serve the meal🍚 in the 2nd row as well. But the manager👔 did not accept and replied in a rude💩 answer.

When we saw they were serving tiffin🥘 items in row 1 but not meals in row 2. Seems like very stupid🤦 isn't it?

The items in this hotel ⛺were very worst, money💵 waste, time⏰ waste and importantly health🤸 waste.

Very little parking 🚙🏍️place. It's not worth going to...

I ordered veg briyani and i was disappointed because I was like tomato rice. The quantity also very less for its price (65 rs).Then i called the waiter and asked about the worst quality he replied that the items are coming from some other location. So I can't call the master for your query. Then the waiter called the manager to address this issue. I asked the manager to check the quality of this item he refused and he told it will be like this only. Then he just asked me that have you been here before or visited our branches outside. Then i said no. After he replied that everywhere our veg briyani will taste like this. I said ok and replied that here after we will not come .

I visited the hotel in the lunch time. We sat in one table. Once we ordered the waiter forced us to move to another table. Because those tables are for meals only. It will be better to keep some sign boards to occupy.Its getting irritated for such worst hospitality.
