Anifa Biriyani thanjavur — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The food was excellent but the service was not upto par. The takeaway was missing an item. And when contacted for clarifications, they denied doing so stating that their "elderly" server was the one who packed it. There was no refund eventhough we have clarified the problem from our side and we had to negotiate with them for about 15 mins for them to agree to atleast give the dish. It was totally disrespectful that they tried to blame us on purposefully refusing to have gotten the dish when we showed up on person to get the dish. I waited for 20 mins out there at 2.30 pm.. There is no waiting service properly maintained in the hotel.. They didn't note their names or didn't call upon us..i made sure the table is there for us.. After 20 mins you people reject us saying to wait for another table for another 20 mins..

There is no restaurant in Tamil Nadu that considers people's Hunger and says the clear time.. And on Ramzan you did dis to us.. Not fair..

You could have atleast said no more.dining available.. We would have gone some were else.. Imagine how furious I would have been to post this review before having lunch in near by banana...

We went for dinner around 9.30 pm.. not much occupancy,so the service was quick. On the food part, dragon chicken was way too spicy, actually they had gone overboard throwing a lot of chili flakes, orange chicken was very good, must try.
