We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Appu Mess, and it’s easily one of the best places to enjoy authentic homemade food! From the very first bite, we could tell that the flavors were rich, traditional, and prepared with love.

The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly their Biryani—perfectly cooked, fragrant, and bursting with flavors. Their meals and chicken gravy were equally outstanding, offering a true taste of home-style cooking with just the right blend of spices and freshness. Every dish was prepared with great care, making us feel like we were enjoying a homemade feast.

A special mention to Priya, who welcomed us warmly and ensured we had an excellent dining experience. Her kindness, attentiveness, and friendly nature made us feel right at home, adding to the overall charm of Appu Mess.

Guys who r u I don't know but if you're reading this comment I definitely suggest you to dine in appu mess.... I traveled 2 Times from banglore to Ooty each time I go I never miss to have food there. Even the price of the food is reasonable. I really love the taste... and I miss it nowadays (I will never forget that fish fry🤤)

We were looking for a spot that locals visit, since most restaurants in Ooty caters to tourists (mostly North Indian, continental and Chinese cuisines).
