ROSEPARK RESIDENCY — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I am Prasad jvsm from hyderabad. We three family booked in Rosepark residency ooty and stayed. Except that hotel is just 21/2 kms from ooty bus stand and bazaar. The very welcome approach was by Mr Shagun an young manager with his pretty smiling face and very pleasing words . The boys got luggage to room leaving not even a five minutes waiting time . Firstly Mr Shagun himself allotted a 3 separate bedded big room attached with hot water even though we booked double bed room only for 3 adults for our stay from 27-5-2022 to 28-5-2023 and a provision to keep luggage at free in reception even upto 27-5 night upto 9 pm with send off by auto arranged by staff at our cost. The tour operator of hotel Raju and another were very friendly and arranged for next day local and coonoor tour and also Mr Shagun took spl interest on our request for dropping us near hotel in night after sightseeing tour when tour bus driver was little rough. The hotel canteen bill clerk Nehar a Malayali is a boy very smiling face and soft spoken and even the serving boy a Bihari 19 year old was a cute innocence filled boy who served food with care food till we left hotel. Mainly the hotel reception room though small and our rooms staircase and food hall and premises are very clean and neat leaving no room to point out even a petty drawback. And food supplied was very fresh hot and good tasty. Nothing to point out. Rates of food too were just asper ooty rates not at alarming rate. The hotel food hall is a great experience with foodd items and backed by a clear and perfect view of the very proxy famous Rose Garden a marvellous beaty of ooty just 100 feet from our hotel downwards with surrounded gardens and a full backdrop of ooty town hill view all through our dining timing at free of cost. Though we booked a room above our affordability range still we felt the hotel the room the food ha the food the views from hotel food hall the cleanliness the fid taste and rates and moreso the very pleasing and smiling service of manager Mr Shagun to foid hall clerk Nehar serving Bihari lad the tour operator raju and more particularly all the room boys and staff who carried our luggage really made us feel very delighted which was more than expected kept us away from room rent paid. If anyone willing to visit ooty with happy stay can simply choose Hotel Rosepark Residency ooty near rose garden though it is a little 21/2 kms away from bus stand but compensates a very decent close view of rose garden flowers park from hotel food hall dining place when ever you dine. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Ooty Upon arrival I Were warmly welcomed by the staffs and general manager Mr. shakool And Mr. Hameed.||||Actually I Would like To share my personal Experience when I was stayed in the hotel :-||||1. Rooms Are Really Great with good basic amenities and clean ||||2. Room services are available for 24/7 they are really approachable for guest ||||3. Hotel Managers Mr. shakool and Mr. hammed are always reachable to the guest queries and they are always there to give the support to the guest . ||||4. I would like to include the room services staff names ( Rakesh , Manju , bavasa raj ) these peoples are all rounder for the hotel property for 24/7.||||5. The Hotel Property Facing to one of the beautiful park (Botanical garden) from the hotel property . It has the easy access from the hotel property to view the beauty of the flowers blossoms from the balcony and terrace of the hotel property ||||6. The hotel Property covers with the Good parking space for the cars for the guest ||||||Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the Hotel managers Mr Shakool and Mr. Hammed who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!||||Im sure within 5 years this hotel property will be in 4/5-star hotel i wish all the very best for their hardwork and intiative steps...

We had booked four rooms deluxe and executive ones. Below are points you need to consider before booking this hotel. Power cut everytime , you have to live almost no power.

No charger point to charge mobile and anything else.

Only 1 phone out of 4 rooms were working, despite several complaints not fixed.

You will feel to much moisture inside the room. No fans or a/c available in the night you have to fight with mosquitoes and other insects.

Beds will not have proper bedding . They have a joint of two 6x2.5 size bedding to make one double bed. In the night when you sleep it will get separated into two parts and you will have to adjust it in the whole night.its strong reason not to choose.

No power so offcourse no geysers.

No taxi stand or auto stand near by, so suits only if you have your personal vehicle.

9 No near by restaurants approx 2 km from main market, will have big problem if you do not have personal vehicle.

We ordered dinner once and they took 2.5 hours to deliver it.

This is at the back of rose garden, so will not have any view of garden. When we asked recepnist to have view of garden it's different catagory of rooms.

There are many more like toilet quality and so on. I would strongly recommend consider these before making any decisions. I couldn't take any pic to show real pic of...
