and coming to customer experience, its very bad recently I'd purchased a bit bulky products around 500 rupees of snacks and including bottles of biscuits The sales rep refused to give a bag for carrying these stuffs and they forced me to take those biscuit bottles in hand

I have been buying since I was studying child Jesus school , my dad buys a lot , I buy now once in a year for big amount but asked for one carry bag as it rain heavily I wanted to keep my stuff but one Anna in shop said it's 10 rupees and asked to pay 5 . Ok bakery. Best known for the rusks , bread and good old pudding cake/Honey cake & milk maid cake. They have been in the market for years with so little innovation.
