K. M. S HAKKIM Kalyana Briyani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We got mutton biryani -3 no's parcel on 3rd of June-2022 . Very disappointed of tasting it. We're not having for the first time we had multiple times but that was the worst ever biryani we got from hakkim. The biryani tasted bitter nd the mutton pieces were also not good nd smelled like old mutton plus we found lot of mutton pieces in biryani and little quantity of rice for the first time also found a worm in dalcha . As soon as we rushed to restaurant nd enquired about it . The staff were like apologizing nd ready to refund the amount nd requested not to make it as a big issue nd their reactions seemed like they knew it already as they used the bad quality mutton. But we didn't not get the refund rather warned them not to serve the worst quality biryani. What if it would have made a serious health issues or else food poisoning. Last but not least never expected such low quality biryani from such popular restaurant . Late review though. Be...

Ordered through zomato 4 times in this month though the price is 20-40 more ..its ok..we are giving business to zomato and kms hakkim...zomato is doing their delivery part.but hakkim??.cant expecting this.

The quantity of chicken briyani is 220 in zomato and is it worth?ofcourse no..very less quantity and tastewise need to improve.chicken 65 is of 6-7 small pieces for 185.Please dont cheat customers like this..need to improve quantity or reduce the price..if zomato is making more money ask them not to demand more money.its your responsibility.chicken kg is less than 150 but 150 gm of chicken65 is 200..even chennai hotels are giving good quantity.. Kms management should lookinto this and sort out the quality,quantity...else we will go for another goodshops.

Once upon a time the taste was Very top. But my present experience about M.Briyani & other side dishes. Is totally Disappointed for me . Service department is very amazing but the Food taste & the quality is really worst. At starting times of Hakkim in Pudukottai & Trichy the taste was similar but past few time the taste wise not good & taste different by Branches. Now the management only Focus on only marriage orders and evet food service. That too taste not like Hakkim. We just enjoy the Brand name (Hakkim) Not as taste .

My Advice or Recommendation as customer to Hakkim Management. Pls focus on your Food taste and Quality of ingredients.
