Bangalore Juicy & Foods (BJF) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very bad experience, and very unprofessional service. Had been to this place for two times, and both the times… felt very unsatisfactory. Food - It is average, but not to the hype it is made out of. And most of the time they run out of stock even by 7:00 PM. Lot of Sugar in the juices making it an artificial taste, rolls are better. Service – Pathetic, you won’t feel like stepping into the place again. They do not have any clue of managing crowd and very arrogant behavior towards the customers. Even to as extent blaming the customer stating, “if all these people come on weekend what do we do, you come on a weekday we will try and serve you better”. So according to them do not come on weekend. Order Management – The person at the counter and even the person who claimed to be the manager/owner do not know how to talk to customer. They even told us “We take only one order from customer, and second order after your first bill is not allowed” what kind of business model they run. Coimbatore people have seen much bigger and better establishment in the food industry and these newly found stores/chains, come and seeing the initial success think they have succeeded/won , and assume this is success will continue. My recent visit to Bangalore Juicy Shop left me extremely disappointed. My father and I stopped by to enjoy a chilli soda and lemon soda, priced at 60 or 80 rupees each, after a long walk from the racecourse. There weren't much people since it was a weekday and around 7 at night. The staff member at the counter appeared disinterested and informed us that it would take 20 minutes to prepare simple soda drinks. This lack of urgency and the rude tone of communication made us feel disrespected. It was evident that the focus of the staff was primarily on fulfilling online delivery orders, as they seemed more engaged with their phones than with attending to in-house customers.This experience raises concerns about the establishment's priorities and customer service standards. Whether this treatment was due to the low-priced order or a reflection of their overall service, it was disappointing nonetheless.I urge the management to improve service efficiency, prioritize all customers equally, and enhance manners and communication skills to create a positive...

Worst Salesman in the billing counter, don't know how this fellow got into this job, he should have been thrown out within minutes if he were on some other store. We went there on 2-4-24 at about 19 hrs and ordered 2 chilli lime soda. The man in the counter was not looking to my face and told, it will take time. When asked how much time, he told 20 min in a rude manner as if I was asking it for free. I never had such a worst experience in Coimbatore. Couldn't understand why he was so rude and explicitly showed his disinterest in accepting the order. Is that because of the low value order?
