Worst dine in experience ! Have been a regular in Bangalore and tried for the first time in Salem.

Food: We went to celebrate on a Sunday evening. The starters served were simply old and not fresh. The grilled corn was spoiled and with just a bite, it ruined our mood for eating anything more. The chicken drumsticks they served were the worst - I’m not sure how old they were, made us sick after having it. The prawns and chicken skewers were good among what was served.

Service: we were given the corner table were there are no sufficient AC vents - immediately upon arrival we informed our discomfort to the person who served us. Either he didn’t understand English or just chose to ignore what we said and went to put the grill in the same table (there was not a lot of crowd and most of the tables were empty until we finished). I used to love the hospitality in Bangalore, it was a surprise to me to see the servers passing rude comments in Hindi after we requested for additional skewers (I understand Hindi and I felt bad to bringing my family here) . After hearing the comments and seeing that I was visibly upset the managers stepped in and tried to do their best. They were really kind and apologized for the bad meat and corn. They didn’t send that server who passed the comments to our table then and gave us specially prepared dishes too. I really appreciate their efforts to salvage the situation.

Atmosphere: There wasn’t a lot of crowd on a Sunday evening and the place is quiet for families. They only play Hindi songs here, so if you are someone who is specific about the music please keep this in mind. They have underground parking which is very spacious and easy...

This is a Best Barbeque restaurant in the city. And this is also one of the best unlimited buffet restaurant in the city. The place requires temperature check and hand sanitation. The way they treating the customer's is the best. There is VEG & NON-VEG. Starting from the starters, which I like the most, is very good. The range of barbeque fry (medium fry to fully fried) can be set by ourselves by informing them. I don't eat much main course except Biriyani. The quality of the serving is the best in the city. Prior table booking is there. So it's better to book the tables prior especially in the weekends. We can personally also inform them if one among us is celebrating is celebrating their birthday or anniversary. So they will bring up a cake and we can enjoy it. We can also ask for a compliment juice. Sometimes they used to give it. The available dishes I know are: Cakes, fruits salad, Ice cream- vanilla &strawberry mostly, kulfi, Gulab jamun. Starters - Prawn, fish, chicken wings, chiken pieces, barbecue fruits, potatoes, one mutton variety. Soup is also available here. Main course - chicken Biriyani, fried rice, fish curry, mutton gravy, White rice, Rasam, puppet, curd rice, etc. You can also order some other main courses like Naan- Butter naan, Garlic naan, and one more naan (I forgot the name) 😅, Kulcha, etc. There is also extra paid Juices...

I have no words to express these experience.. Really, Actually my wife had this first experience in her life.. She feels very happy... I want to taste her each and every thing... She too enjoys her presence.. I feel very happy... The way of serving food I think his name is vikram. Who is serving a fantastic food with his golden hands and he treats us like his relatives..... I congrats him... One of the manager or supervisor I don't know his name...he wears white shirt..The way of speaking and honouring with respect is too fantastic.... Actually after a long while, I thought like I had in my home these items... Serving like our familyembers.... V had tasted a lot of dishes serving with smily faces.. I wishes you all the best for your growth.... The food taste is also superb... V fully satisfied and I wish the management to congratulates them.... Finally I didn't yet had celebrate my birthday celebrate by using audios like that.... Had a wonderful experience that I had never seen..... Thanks a lot..... V are so happy with the birthday wishes very much and much more excitement had seen in my wife's face.... V will visit again soon.... Please be appreciate everyone there....
