One of my worst purchase experiences ever in Croma Store Salem. I planned to buy a television and laptop this Diwali. First, I have decided to purchase a TV under 15 thousand, but they are suggesting to buy a 4K UHD TV from a Croma brand old model TV, and I asked for the latest model from an online Croma store when I compared to the online price, which is a little bit higher. So I planned to order online instead of offline. They offered me one Bluetooth 10W speaker when I ordered a TV in store. So that I'll go for the salesman idea, and I planned to purchase one laptop. I'm going for Asuz Vivoboo; both are in the EMI option. After the process of EMI, they setup the laptop that tooked some time, and after finishing it, I asked the complementary. They said that for this, there are no complementary gifts added that are only for store models, and we said that you are offering us this deal. The staff call the manager, and we explain the details. The manager even does not listen to what we are saying, and he treats me very disrespectfully, and they insult us in front of customers. The laptop purchase experience and setup are good. The sales officer Durga was good, but the behaviour of the store manager, Mr. Praveen Kumar, and department manager, Mr. Chandrakumar, is not a way to treat us as customers, even though they are not ready to ask our complaint. The sales officer of TV, Mr. Pachaiyappan, was just like moved from that place. After this incident, I leave this issue, but they speak unnecessary words in front of all others and the public in the store. The worst ever customer service experience in that store so that I told them to cancel the loan and cancel the product, and the manager without hesitation got the bill and cancelled the order. The LG service is not responsive for this warranty,where we have to get service from LG and later we have to claim from chroma.but chroma person said its free of service Due to their super service I didn't want their extended warranty but they are saying that the extended warranty cannot be cancelled due to finance. I never come back to chroma and I won't recommend to buy here..if you buy you have to follow them for everything..each and everytime you have to call chroma, different people will attend the call.you have to explain from first to everyone. Their motive is to sell the product not considering customer satisfaction. Now we had a doubt and asked them if we don't have any gifts for this purchase, after our enquiry they are saying "yes' and the customer service person is not sure that why the sales person have not given to us..Now we cannot claim the gift as they sent back to their head office.sooo many things are not at all communicated to us or wrong communication.uff
