Barbeque Nation - Vellore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

One of the worst experience..!! I have tried in Barbeque Nation, Bangalore & Chennai and they are far far better from this Vellore branch. This is absolutely waste of money and time. So please don't visit Barbeque Nation, Vellore with high expectations as I went yesterday with my friends on New Year. The food is bad and the service is even worst. Let's start from the starter the most desirable thing in any buffet, except Prawn and Chicken nothing was good. Fish was clearly not fresh and smelling. The famous Barbeque Nation crispy potato which I used to eat plates and plates, here I threw the crispy porato whatever they gave first time. It was so horrible. Mutton sheek kebab was the best joke. I felt like I was eating a chewing gum. Then they gave us one chicken tandoori wings which was little better. So we asked for more which never came again😂😂. I will discuss this in-detail on service part. Then we went to main course & desserts. That was the time I totally realised what a big mistake I did by coming here. In main course every item was either empty or kept in very less amount. So like you will go and ask for that item and they fill that with less amount. Again next person will come and ask for that item. And this happened with everyone there not only us. And yes they don't have Mutton in main course. In dessert, gulab jamun with ice cream was good. That's it, no more dessert, end of discussion 🤣🤣

Now the service part, whatever you will order it will come after 10 mins and your ordered items will be less there and other bad starters will be more there which was already rejected by everyone. For example yesterday we were asking for chicken and prawns, but everytime the waiter was coming with 1-2 sticks of chicken & prawn and lots of sticks of fish which was not fresh and no one was taking. Then we called for the branch manager and told about the service. The manager assigned a captain for us. Then finally after 40 mins one new item came tandoori chicken wings. It was better than other starters. So we asked for more. But it never came. Then after finishing main course and gulab jamun, their so called captain came with the chicken wings 😂🤣We finished our lunch by that time. Then when we went for the billing, the manager apologized for their service (the best thing happened there). He told sorry as today is new year there is more crowd and service was little slow. I said wow, new year the day when you should try to give your best and you are giving this excuse. And more over people were not standing and eating. Whatever your table capacity those many people only there. And you can't handle this and giving this useless excuses. Manager told next time it won't happen and i will give you discount next time as today bill is already generated. Like I will visit again to get that discount 😂😂😂 Finally the manager also disappointed me.🤣🤣🤣

Again I am telling you please don't visit this branch and waste your money and time. I am not telling Barbeque Nation is bad. Barbeque Nation & Absolute Barbeque both are very good in Bangalore & Chennai. I just felt very disappointed after visiting Vellore branch...
