Behrouz Biriyani has provided me only 2 numbers of biriyani out of the 3 numbers that I have ordered. While enquired about the same with the customer care of Behrouz Biriyani I was told that the customer care team wasnt able to contact the kitchen team though I have waited for around 30mins. I understand that this is a poor business tactics followed by your company to earn cheap profits. I have once received a rotten dessert from your restaurant which I didn’t insist on raising a complaint. But as such poor practices are being repeated, I am raising my review here. For the price that your company charges, the quality and quantity of your products are not worthy. As a regular customer, I am very disappointed with your practice.
