Behrouz Biryani Poonamalle — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Behrouz Biriyani has provided me only 2 numbers of biriyani out of the 3 numbers that I have ordered. While enquired about the same with the customer care of Behrouz Biriyani I was told that the customer care team wasnt able to contact the kitchen team though I have waited for around 30mins. I understand that this is a poor business tactics followed by your company to earn cheap profits. I have once received a rotten dessert from your restaurant which I didn’t insist on raising a complaint. But as such poor practices are being repeated, I am raising my review here. Hi, today I'm disappointed with you for the first time, not because of your biryani, its because of your so called free GULAB JAMUN, guess you can find the condition of it in the photos. Usually I get spoiled curd with the briyani, I used to think its coz of chennai climate. But today I found out that you guys send spoiled and out dated foods too. I don't mind paying few rupees over gulab jamun, in the name of free, pls don't send spoiled products. Your briyanis are expensive, when we can spend so much on that, why can't we spend on gulab jamun. Think over it. So we don't need your free spoiled items, just provide good food....
