Bhats Hotel — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Me and my friend went there as usual but this time it was horrible we ordered plain dosa and ordered rava dosa I was about to take first bite there was some thing in the dosa which got cooked ...it was an insect..I called the cashier she came and called waiter asking him what is this? Waiter was telling that it is a thread anol. And when I asked I want to talk with manager or owner they said no one is here they will come in the evening. Even I have noticed that they are not clean at all when they serve meals their plates are messy and their spoons are dirty it seems like they don't wash it at all jus removing the Banana leaf that's it..even I have clicked the photos of food...I will not recommend to anyone.....

Visited on 19 oct 24.from 1100hrs to 1700hrs and paid @900 rs.some point that you think before booking the Bhatts hotel near Tambaram rail station.

(i) very pathetic condition of the hotel room. (ii) Not a proper ventilation of the room and toilets/ Bathroom. (iii) behaviour owner the owner is very bad. (iv) Don't have manners that how to talk with customers. (v) Continuing very bad smell in side the room. (vi) Beds,tv,bed sheet, cupboard,fan, pillows,window,wall corner,tv table,and all the other items inside the room are in worst condition ,that's the condition can't be explain. Restaurant Service is Very Very Poor. They are treating customers as "they are giving food as free. So we should decide what to do and how to do". I'm waiting for more than 10 mins (even half of the table is empty) and asked all the waiters for service. But they said we are not servers for that table. That table server went for lunch nu. So I shouted there. For that 1 supplier came and started scolding me back using very bad words(related to female organs) and shouting heavily. So I informed this to their management. They simply said we will look after it. Strictly not recommend this hotels for peoples. They are having goons...
