Cook only knows how to be rude more than cooking, doesn’t know how to respond with customers feedback.

Today, I ordered a Chicken tikka pizza which is my usual order. But, today they burned away the crust badly, the pizza started tasting bitter. I asked the staff that it is not good today, the cook guy comes in and without even listening what I was trying to say. He started telling me that this how a pizza will be, this is how foreigners eat.

What the hell !!!

Bro, if you would like to only serve foreign pls put a sign “Only foreigners are welcome” or close your shop in pondy.

and he spoke to me, my friend in a rude tone like he is the only guy who knows about pizza making. But doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

I paid and left the whole pizza on the table. They still accepted whole payment. (Nice work)

The pizza tasting bad that one time was okay! Mistakes happens. But, the behaviour, Worst !!!

I do not want to re-visit this place.

Please do not visit if you don’t want to waste your money or day.

It’s was not a “Perfect pizza”. If it was “perfect” I would have not given you a feedback that is burnt. I didn’t ask for you to replace it or did say I will not pay you. I just wanted to let you know. In the middle you also accepted that the oven might have been overheated and it got burnt🤣. Now, you say “perfect pizza”. Funny bro 🤪.

About the foreigners, you specifically mentioned “ this is how it is eaten by foreigners and our people don’t know this is how a pizza is made” , plus If foreigners only understand, pls welcome only foreigners 😊

I did not eat your “over burnt pizza” and left because it did not taste good, it was bitter. But I did paid you and left politely, you did accept my payment and kept your over burnt pizza.

One of the finest pizza taste and value for money in Pondicherry. Since it's a open restaurant, sometimes insects fall in water jug. Also it would be better if they clean water jug daily. Receiving menu, Order taking, take some extra time. During weekends and holiday it's hard to find seating. They accept only GPay or Paytm, no card payment accepted. Sometimes bad cellphone network will cause trouble in payment. Wi-Fi or landline based card Machine should be better. Also they could include some more menu options with pasta both red and white sauce. People coming with kids may opt for pasta. I'm regular customer here, will continue to be one.

Edited on 7-Nov-2024 I parked my bike in one place outside the shop.. My bike can't stand on loose soil, it will fall off. So I found a hard surface and parked in a particular place. Also there were lot of empty space around..I entered into the shop, shop owner called me in rude tone to move my bike, so that cars can stand in that place. I said my bike will fall off in loose soil. He not even listened what I said, he used the same rude tone to move my bike.. Though there were lot of empty space. It was a weekday not much busy day. I'm really disappointed, I was regular customer to this shop since 2018. I think they will respect customers only when we come by car, they no longer treat cucumbers who come in motorcycle I feel. I can't bring my car just to eat pizza. I didn't had my pizza in this shop on that day. I moved to other shop. If they going to continue same attitude with every customer, they will lose customer slowly. Though they have very good taste, I won't recommend this shop anymore due to this...
