Buhari Hotel in Anna Nagar East is the 3rd generation Management inherited from the age old Buhari Hotel of Chennai Mount Road. The word Buhari is synonymous with BIRYANI. They became so popular that there is no second thought to order for Biryani from them. It is worth buying Biryani for the whole family function from them instead of arranging from another catering agencies.

Our household often get Biryani Parcel from this Buhari Hotel to enjoy the food at our leisure at home.

The origin of Buhari traces back to the primary location at Mount Road (Now Anna Salai ) maintaining the best quality even before the so called Hyderabadi Biryani became popular. I had my first experience of visiting the branch - Buhari Hotel at Marina Beach for three years during 1970-73 when I happened to visit this branch regularly with my college mates of Presidency College opposite to this location.

Buhari Hotels were the inventor of the Popular Chicken 65 (and fried chicken named ) which became popular worldwide & followed by all other restaurants.
