Disappointing Experience with Unresponsive Staff I recently dined here, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating due to poor service. From the moment we were seated, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. We had to wait excessively to place our order, and even getting basic requests like water or napkins required multiple reminders.

The lack of responsiveness really impacted our experience, and it felt like customer service was not a priority. Although the food was decent, the inattentiveness of the staff overshadowed any positives. It’s a shame because this place has potential, but the service desperately needs...

Rasoee is located a bit interior, we have found difficulties in searching the restaurant a sign board would have kept for ease assistance, Now rasoee has upgraded to larger portions, previously they use to serve in very little portions now they have increased the quantity and price, we have tried Chinese dishes burnt garlic fried rice and schezwan noodles and a gravy schezwan was not that spicy enough and the rest of the food is average not up to expectations. Worst ever. Have been a fan of rasoee for long, this new branch is single handedly bringing the name down. Would still say every other branch is amazing. Except this.

They've cut down the quantities to like 10% of the original dish in the name of Rs. 99.

Came to have affordable food that can fill my tummy, me and my friend ended up paying 900bucks.

This made me respect other expensive restaurant that will take 200 bucks for a starter but will exceed expectations in terms of taste and quantity.

Do yourself a favor, just travel another 2 kms and enjoy the kilpauk Rasoee....
