Sri Krishna Sweets — Local services in Zone 8 Anna Nagar

Today, as per your advt I purchased Modak, for Ganesh Pooja packet, 2 coconut Boli and 2 Samosa and Mysore Pak small pkt, from your Anna Nagar shop but all these snacks were just not of edible quality, particularly the Boli the coconut filling was bad ,just like when the coconut oil gets stale after few days ! The days when Krishna Sweets were synonyms with Quality and was as sweet on the tongue, has gone by a long time back ! What is the use of opening new shops when QUALITY cannot be assured ! Your past Glory and Goodwill can take you thus far only ! Hope you will improve the quality of your food/snacks and not allow the demise of a good eatery ! Thanks&...

After a long time I visited Sri Krishna sweets i.e.first time after the metro station opened. Full charm is lost. It will be full of activities previously one side there will be big crowd for Mysore Pak and the other side Samosa Bajji etc and in the counters rush for purchase of sweets. Now the present position is I was the only one person visiting. No samosas and no hot Mysore pak. What happened. Agreed that there the space is somewhat less. But that does not mean everything is lost. Customer service is not satisfactory. I purchased some juice, the same could not be opened easily, even their own people could not do it. I hope next time when I visit things...

SKS used to be the best, especially their Ghee Mysurpa. But when I went to Anna Nagar East branch around 12 noon, the shop was a mess, floor was full of packets for arranging. Only one staff, and she was busy arguing with another customer and heard that person telling I will never come back... I went with guests who came to visit Chennai and to buy them Sweets and Savories and Coffee powder, bought all that, but this is the last time, got embarrassed... Pathetic customer care and the staff treated us bad, was really rude. No answers for any queries and we searched things ourselves from the shelf which was another mess. Can't believe SKS standards stooped...
