I usually order cakes directly in their web page. Yesterday I ordered a regular chocolate truffle cake through Swiggy. Actual price is Rs.550. Since I ordered through the app the price was Rs.670 + taxes. As I had some discounts in Swiggy it counted to Rs.762 without delivery charges. But when I received the cake size was very small than the usual one. I made a complaint in Swiggy and also called this particular branch where I received cake from. I weighed the cake it was only 468g with the cardboard box. I told them the price was also high and cake is also small size. The person told no the cake will definitely weigh 450g and this is the size we provide for Swiggy also the amount will be more. I can understand that ordering through Swiggy will cost more but will the quantity also get reduced. Today I again weighed the cardboard. It weighed 91g. The cake was only 377g and the amount is too much for almost nothing at all. I did attach the photos as well. Never ever going to order from here again. Very bad experience. Also the cake received did not look like what I ordered. For your very kind information this is not the first time I order a chocolate truffle cake from you. this is the favorite place for me to order cakes for every occasions and almost 7 to 10 orders i have placed here and every order was on time and with very good cakes.. each cake was so fresh and tastes very good. their collections of cakes and the presentation was so good and other backer items were also tastes good. if ur looking for a cake for ur every occasions then this the place to try...one of the best places in Coimbatore to get yummy cakes. Don’t fall for this shop !!

I recently ordered a Rocher grande cake from this cake shop fory son’s birthday and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cake. Not only did it arrive late, but it was also poorly decorated and lacked any flavor. I paid Rs1500 for this cake and I expected much better quality.

The cake was dry and crumbly and tasted below an average bakery cake .It was clear that no effort had been put into making this cake special for the occasion.

I reached out to customer service to express my dissatisfaction but received no response. Overall, I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high-quality and delicious cake. The cost was not worth the awful product...
