Purple Inn — Hotel in East Zone

Worst Experience! I book through Make my trip ,even try to make my trip customer care not able to speak to them because they don't have any option to speak to customer care directly .

Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

I suggest if you are Working professional visiting for Work don't ever stay in this Hotel .

This is my worst experience through...

Got a non ac double bed room for 970 after a 200rs discount. Room was near and clean. A bottle of water along with soaps and shampoo were there. TV was working fine with decent amount of channels including Hollywood too. Window was fitted with mosquito net. Bedsheets and towel was clean. Rest room and buckets were clean too and hot water was available all the time. Backup generator was present which ensured uninterrupted power supply. First of all,its my fact to be there in that Superb duber hotel

1.v are in the 4 cot bedroom with five members (kids included) but they provide complementary breakfast for only three numbers....., don't how this is to be a complementary?

2.in room : There is no bed light, instead of bedlight I used to open the bathroom door little bit for the whole night 😔😔😔 (Photo enclosed)

3.Toilet : Last but not least their western toilet 🚽 is rediculus,I don't know where to place one leg inbetween the western toilet and the wall...
