Chai Waale - Saligramam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hello , this situation is a bit different I'm admitted in hospital, so yesterday i ordered a tea flask, two sets of osmania cookies and two bread butter which costed almost Rs 250. The tea was good . Instead of two sets of biscuits I got only two that's fine. But the bread butter was one of the worst choice. The bread was old and dense tasted very bad that I couldn't swallow the butter was already used for something had tiny bits black particles which also tasted bad. When I complained about this in swiggy they never gave a resolution and closed the chat. That one bread costs 50 rupees. I did not eat anything from the previous day so was hungry and ordered from here which I really regret. So I definitely need a solution for this...

It's qsr basically. Service is good, hygiene is maintained well. My regular order here is milk tea. All of them are good. Just a little expensive that road side tea but worth it bcos of taste, quality and hygeine. Vegetable Grilled sandwich and butter toast is good. Nutella toast is very poor (qty of Nutella is way too less) Paneer puff and filter coffee is also nice.

I have been to this place several times. I personally choose this place because of its ambience. Further, the price is also reasonable.

However, my recent visit was horrible. I was thirsty and asked some water. They fetched it from a watercan which was shattered and very untidy. I assumed that they would take water from the same can to prepare tea. Further, tea also did not taste good this time. It made me feel bad.

Requesting to ensure tidy inputs and atmosphere.
