Croma - Vadapalani — Local services in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

I found this store to be somewhat ill-equipped and below expectations. I had visited to purchase a Google Pixel 10, but there wasn’t a display unit available to try out, even though they had stock to sell. After checking the phone at another store in the mall, I returned here to make the purchase.

After payment, I was informed that their server was down and I had to wait to receive the bill. The staff offered to send it over WhatsApp, but I needed a physical copy for warranty purposes. Eventually, the bill was printed, but the delay was inconvenient.

While browsing other products, I noticed that most of the smartwatches on display were dummy units or not charged, so it wasn’t possible to properly experience them either.

The staff were cordial but not particularly polite, and what detracted from the experience was their repeated insistence that I leave a positive Google review — even after I had mentioned some of these issues.

Overall, while the transaction was completed, the store setup and overall experience left quite a bit...

This store is damaging the croma name itself. Earlier we used to buy at t nagar where the service was more than excellent with complete followup by them till the installation is done. Since vadapalani branch is opened near by to us we purchased products here. The blunt mistake made by us trusting it would be same as tnagar branch. After payment they dint provide invoice claiming it would be delivered along with product which we never experienced at tnagar chroma they used to give immediately. We accepted that too.A product got delivered but we have to nearly chase for installation. It got done after rigorous follow up. Another product was not delivered. When asked they asked us to come and collect in person. nearly an hour wasted. They asked for bill which they never provided. But in my croma orders I can see the delivery address as my home address only. Still I'm not able to receive the product for which they canvassed and I paid AMC also. People are reluctant to explain products also.Croma is good but not...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE :once sold they never bother about product installation! Only bothered about selling product and nothing else. Once sold they act differently!They don’t follow up with the brand for installation, everything only customers have to do ! If asked they will blame customer saying our number was unreachable.

WORST STAFF: They will lie in case of any issues and blame the customer for their mistake! Please refrain from buying from croma vadapalani branch ! Store manager Sreejith, ajith and vigneshwaran were totally ruthless , blaming customer for their mistake not following up and rude behavior! BILLING WORSE : Make the customer wait for hours for billing.

OVERALL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CROMA STORE MANAGER SREEJITH, VIGNESWARAN, AJITH FOR ACTING RUDELY TO CUSTOMER AND MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS.
