Rotten Ice Cream.

I went to the ice cream shop today and ordered 3 ice creams. The butterscotch ice cream smelled rotten. It smelled bad like old dairy. I told the staff it was rotten but they would not listen. They said nothing was wrong with it.

I called the owner and he was also rude. He said I did not know what ice cream should taste like. But the butterscotch clearly smelled spoiled and bad.

I refused to pay for the rotten butterscotch ice cream. I offered to pay for the other 2 ice creams I ordered. But the staff insisted I had to pay full price or take another ice cream instead.

The ice cream only cost 90 rupees but they did not care about the quality. They should accept when a flavor tastes rotten and not blame the customer. This was a bad experience and I will not go back there again. (Finally they accepted to not charge for the bad one)

Now result of eating small portion of rotten ice-cream, I got stomach ache now.

Advice to Parents: Just because a food is frozen, it does not mean, it is good. Old diary products should not be given to kids. Taste and smell before you give to your kids.

Advice to owner: Take feedback seriously, do not treat us bad. If you can offer 1 more ice cream as a replacement, why can't you just not bill for...

The worst ice cream I have ever had in my life. I have ordered a sizzling brownie and crispy tower. They have spoiled brownie by mixing groundnuts in the name of adding nuts. I believe nuts means Badham and cashew nuts. They have added a cheap stuff of ground nuts and spoiled entire taste. Also in the crispy tower they are making with a kind of cheap coffee flavoured ice cream. I felt like Vomiting after having their ice cream. These people are trying to duplicate cream stone with a similar name. I have paid 455 and not even single penny worth of it. I will never visit...

The Price is too high... Ice cream Cost was Rs.80 but the toppings was Rs.40 ... For tutty fruity they are charging Rs.20 .. if we buy outside it will be around RS. 2 ... 1,000% Profit for them .. same with Honey ... They might have added a 5 GM's of Honey .. Again 1000% Profit..... Suggestion to Cream Fudge : You should expect 50% profit or 100% Profit but not a 1000% Profit.... It supposed to be same for all the items.... There should be a limit for charging Customers..... Customers are not having trees where they can pluck and pay for...
