Let me start with the service. I was a bit hungry and stepped into this hotel after a small purchase from kasturi nearby. The hotel was pretty empty when I stepped in at 1PM. I didn’t thinking and sat on a table with four chairs. Server came after minute and asked me to move to a single occupancy table. I didn’t think much and moved to the single table. After few mins a girl came and she sat there in the same table I was not allowed to sit. When I confronted the server he literally respond she was regular and can’t say anything to women. I don’t want to bring race into this but it pretty much seems like it.
Now coming to the food. I ordered chettinadu Biriyani which is supposed to be spicy but it was just like a badly tasting tomato rice. I was born in chettinadu and I know how a chettinadu Biriyani tastes like. I can understand the Biriyani as it’s not part of Malayalam cuisine but then came the egg buriji . It was just dry with no spice or even salt . It was like eating a rug. Not sure how this hotel got so many good reviews about food. I suspect it’s it all been paid.
Anyway, both the food and service is worst. And I did inform about the hassle to the hotel manager and they didn’t have anything to say. Hope they change the way they treat their customers and please do not spoil chettinadu...
Read moreMy recent visit to Green Leaf Restaurant left me with mixed feelings, resulting in a three-star rating. While there were certain aspects that fell short of expectations, the establishment had its merits.

Adding to the considerations was the relatively high pricing. The rates seemed somewhat disproportionate to the overall dining experience. A more reasonable pricing strategy could contribute to a better value proposition for patrons.
On a positive note, the ambiance of Green Leaf Restaurant was pleasant, and the staff were attentive. The atmosphere created a comfortable setting for the meal, and the service added a positive touch to the...

We ordered a variety of dishes — the mini tiffin was perfectly portioned, the dosa was crispy and served hot with flavorful chutneys, and the sambar had that perfect home-style taste. Even their meals are super satisfying and well-balanced. Every item felt fresh and made with care.
What stood out the most was the consistency and the pricing — very reasonable for the quality they offer. The service is polite and efficient, making the whole dining experience very pleasant.
Highly recommended if you're looking for clean, tasty, and affordable vegetarian food in Saravanampatti. A reliable choice for both quick bites...
