Royal Biriyani &Fast Food — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Food is ok. Not upto the expectations, but ok. But the attitude of the billing guy is ruthless. I asked him for a leg piece before billing itself, for a biriyani. He had agreed. After receiving the parcel, I had cross-checked once again by asking him, he said it's legpiece only. When i opened the parcel, it was a chest piece and not even properly boiled. It's awful. How badly they treated a customer. And the place was not even Crowded. Disgusting behaviour.making a mistake can be forgiven. But when it's intentionally done, it is unforgivable. I would visit there once again. If they change themselves a bit, i could rewrite it. They should realise that the strength of the hotel is the customer, the taste and attitude of the workers. Very worst service. He is teaching me how a pepper chicken dry will be... Chapati I need to have Mutton knife to cut it. No kurma provided for chapati. Please don't take ketchup here , I think it's very old.. Very worst food experience... very sad to post this.. It's not my intention to post or hurt others, but this attraction is bring us to enter..same attraction should be on food too.. I request the hotel owner to take care of this very much.. This hotel is located in Saravanampatti, near signal🚦. All non-veg items are available. Also, Chinese items are available. The hotel is named with Biriyani🍲 but the taste is not up to the mark👎.

Non-veg dry🍗 items are available but for the cost quality and quantity is not so great.
