Greetings!!

A very recent incident with this outlet, I was totally unhappy, right from food to service. I can assure that many peoples are fans for them only for the branding value they got. Though I was surprised by their quantity.

Around 03:30 pm on a Saturday, if they cant serve "Mutton Biryani", all such adds and branding are just fake. You can't say "No" to Mutton Biryani, Brain dishes, no one prefers to listen to too many No's my friend. Not crowded but the service peoples (the waiter) are all tired and so distracted, I was forced to shout call and touch call them which was so discomfortable to me. Sad. Would just say their taste was just ok, but the "Kola Urundai", a signature dish of the south TN is a total disaster. With the money I am spending on you, I am not supposed to take what you got, I should be getting what I want. As simple as that. I was not even served with another bottle of drinking water, despite waiting for it (i know it is not free), I ended up not drinking that last bit of thirst and left with a decent tip for the busboy and the doorman. Least they did their job. Leave the taste, it is theirs, I like it or not that is second, the quality of that outlet's manager is so reflected poorly.

If I need to compare them to a restaurant who has a similar menu and origin, Venu Biryani, that is the actual signature. I wish they come to Chennai sooner to enlight all these restaurant spenders with taste and services with the cultural touch. Since certain menu and taste of it are different can't call it authentic.

I wish they improve, there's lot scope for the improvement. Anyway, this is my second time, my first time with them was in their very first hotel in Dindigal, that corner roadside shop, (I am such a food who can plan a drive just for tasty food), I guess I am never again unless it is a...

Recently i ordered various foods from this restaurant 🤦 from Zomato.... It take nearly 1:30 hr to deliver our food ...

We ordered few sets of parotta, fried rice, noodles and many more But not even single dish was nice They didn't provide sidedish ( salna) for my parotta 🙄 then how can we eat that ... And parotta was also not properly cooked

Noodles - it was totally oily and we can't able to eat that ... The chicken was also not properly cooked, it was raw, and smell was also not very good , it was soo salty like cooked with sea water ... Both Quality and quantity was low but price is high Food is poorly packed

Totally disappointed with the food

We called our delivery boy but he replied that this restaurant won't provide such things like sidedish and so we called the restaurant It take 30 minutes for them to pick my call and they Response was " hello " ... That was the only word they say and they cut my call

Very very worst experience with them, the food they provided to me was atlast gone to our street stray dogs only ...

Please try to provide good food and service , " nei oothi vaasam kothii ..... Finally kuppaiil kothi 🤦" that how your ad should be

Better one It's good for food and dining have a best experience with friends, families for meetups gathering, party, and order best food hear it is more better price and good quality of preparation hear you got what ever you want as your choice they did in menu, They have various variety of menu and special discount for bulk orders it's good to visit and give your contribution towards them and as much good it was compared to any other they have the uniqueness in spices And their own module of taste....
