Cake Talk — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have ordered the customized cake for my daughter birthday. Since i dont want pastry cake, i asked cake which is plum cake or pista cake inside but outside look should be as image i have shared, which other shops did not have the options. I have shared them cow shaped cake image over whatsapp They gave outside with butter cream as same image i have shared, cake quality was also good. Polite customer service, i spoke with one lady( i dont know her name), easy payment type, on time delivery. for 1.5 kg plum cake they have charged me 1200 rs. over all good service and good cake....

I'm a regular customer for cake talk since five years, I was ordered butterscotch but received caramel liquid base cake, also d base 1ich was on black colour due to over baked, it was not upto d regular standard of cake talk dis time. Better look at the quality of products n deliver asper customers expectations with sustained quality pls. Same feedback had been conveyed at the shop, but I wasn't getting convincing response.
