KFC — Restaurant in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

We went here with great hunger but the attitude of staff and their stupid rules turned our hunger into anger.

When I went to order some food to the counter, that staff asked whether I'm paying through cash or online payment. As soon as I told I'm paying through credit card, she told you can place order only through the KIOSK. Out of 2 KIOSK 1 was not working and one more had a long que which had few elderly people who couldn't able to figure out this system. And there was no one to assist them. Over everything, they didn't put paper roll in the card machine which was giving error and confusing the people even more. Upon complaining again they fixed the issue by inserting the new paper roll but still were adamant to take order at counter or to extend support to KIOSK. It took almost 20 mins to me to place an order at the end!

Food was delivered with in 8 mins and it was hot. We ordered veg longer meal which was good.

The ambience is good and well air conditioned. But no one bothers to clean the table till the customer sits on that particular table or rises the request.

Wash area and toilets were moderately clean.

Overall, service needs a significant improvement in this outlet and serious maintenance need to be done for the broken KIOSK. Unless you have all the time in the world and have power to control your hunger, you can visit this...

Just because it's a new outlet isn't an excuse for pathetic service.

Service is slow and pathetic. They will leave out some item from ur order, lucky if u remember n go upto them with the bill, ours they conveniently left out a beverage with the chicken box.

The person who serves you is the same person who collects the dirty trays and leftovers to dispose, no change of gloves, noticed this and immediately told this to the guy in pink shirt the so called supervisor, he says sorry new outlet less staff.

Service is the worst, they don't know codes to enter in the system, ur order to b placed takes ages and the order ready to eat takes another era. They also don't know where to enter discount promo code, neither do they know how to use a sodexho card.

Parking u will never get, bikes r always parled here ,the ones who come to purchase alcohol from the outlet above kfc.

it's a service road so u can't find space always.

They do not send u a sms which says ur order is ready for pick up and also which has a survey feedback form link, which has a ten percent discount if u complete the survey.

Save your time and don't go here. Read the other 'lowest...

We had placed an order from the APP around 7.45pm and received the wrong order after an hour. We informed the rider and he said we need to call the outlet. The outlet after 10 calls picked up the call and the man across was insanely rude and said we don't know we can't do ..Dude you sent the order that too wrong order after an hour and the tone and attitude was like I did a crime. We dint give up we called up again and a lady responded who seemed to be averagely trained with customer service who said that she will send the order in half an hour after an hour and half we are still.waiting we called again and the Manager guy begins the call like he never ever heard about the issue. And agrees to send it again and again after 15 mins we drove down to the outlet as it is just across the street. And he the great manager Saab plays a nice role of slowly giving the package to the lady who looked naive and innocent. Well we Indians don't shout at girls right and lo and behold we reached home and opened the pack to a soggy dried up food which was a disaster. Worst...
