Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thalappakatti Biryani near Singanalur Bus Stand, and overall, it was a fantastic culinary experience. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a focus on biryani, and it certainly lives up to its reputation.
The food at Thalappakatti Biryani is undeniably great. The flavors are rich, the spices are well-balanced, and the biryani itself is cooked to perfection. The aromatic blend of spices and the tender meat or vegetables make every bite a delightful journey for your taste buds. Whether you opt for the chicken, mutton, or vegetarian biryani, you won't be disappointed. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave the restaurant feeling satisfied.
However, it's worth noting that the prices at Thalappakatti Biryani are on the higher side. The cost of an egg biryani being Rs. 200 might seem expensive to some. While the quality of the food justifies the prices to a certain extent, it could be a deterrent for budget-conscious diners or those looking for more affordable options. Nevertheless, if you're willing to splurge a little, the taste and quality of the biryani make it worth the expense.
The restaurant itself has a pleasant ambiance and a clean, well-maintained environment. The staff members are attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. They are also quick to address any concerns or special requests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Overall, Thalappakatti Biryani near Singanalur Bus Stand is a restaurant that truly excels in delivering delicious biryani. While the prices may be higher than average, the quality of the food and the flavorsome experience make it a worthy choice for biryani enthusiasts. So, if you're in the mood for a mouthwatering biryani adventure and don't mind spending a little extra, Thalappakatti Biryani is definitely a place...
Read moreHi All, I usually don't put reviews but my experience here today, forces me to share it. I ordered a Mutton and A chicken biriyani. It cost me 586 in total The restaurant's advertisement is played in TV besides where we sit, showing all the items how it is made and how the end product looks like. Its mouth watering, showing big pieces of Mutton and Chicken in Each Order + 2 Eggs as well..
When the Order came to my table in real, I was shocked to find that I have to search for the pieces from the Kuska (rice) and luckily I found some pieces of which I'll share the photos.
But for my surprise out of those TINY pieces only two had some flesh.. rest all were BONES.
When Asked, the hotel officials said, The quantity approved by the Restaurant for these Biriyani are this much only..
I want to ask the Owner of Dindugal Thappakatti Biryani, Mr Nagasamy Dhanabalan. " IS THE PROFIT OUT OF THESE SAVINGS, WORKING WELL FOR...
Read moreThis was my worst experience at a Dindigul Thalapakatti branch. The food quality was extremely poor. The veg meals lacked taste, and most of the side dishes were not good. I tried their biriyani it was slightly better than the rest but still nowhere close to the authentic Dindigul Thalapakatti biriyani taste. The fish I ordered was one of the worst I’ve ever had old, with a bad smell, undercooked, and unpleasant to eat. After complaining, I received no response, and my sister even suffered food poisoning from it. I also ordered Schezwan fried rice, but it was nothing like Schezwan it tasted like undercooked rice with random masala. The service was very poor, though the environment was decent. Considering the quality and taste, the prices are far too high. I strongly recommend avoiding their fish items they clearly do not know how to prepare...
