Reached their outlet which is located in singanallur and got their contact info and tariff and I asked about home delivery he said yes! And I can place my order over phone till 10 PM and it's a free home delivery Once i tried reaching them to place order they asked me to place the order through swiggy or zomato and tried reaching them through swiggy and it was not available again I called them to place the order but they hesitated to do home delivery for 700 gm I said I'll go for 1 kg black forest again the person told he can't do home delivery for black forest I don't know why they're promising to do home delivery and telling all the reasons not to do!! I placed order for 1 kg and directly reached the shop to get the cake and I told the message to write in the cake and I can't believe such good shops are not even having a proper person to write the message properly in the cake and it got totally messed up!! Almost every item looks good and tastes good.

Location is good and much closer to Singanallur, Coimbatore bus stand. Bakery products are worth of the price paid.

I have visited the shop during conditional lock down. At that time my experience was not so good specially the bread which I bought looked dried and manufacturing date was not mentioned anywhere in the package. but I was told by the team if staff that it was that morning's produce.

We are regular customers of this sweet shop. But our recent purchase was terrible. Gave us old sweets, it was too hard and dry. And carrot mysorepak got fungus within 1 day. So, completely old stock was discarded to us. As we where busy with our 3 year old kid, we didn't notice from which place they took the sweet. The displaced sweet looked fresh. We got our sweets for 600 rupees. Hope you got your profit selling old sweets, but you lost a customer. Never to visit this shop again. Requesting everyone to open and check sweet before leaving shop. Worst...
