Domino's Pizza | Avadi, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Visited the Domino’s outlet for a dine-in experience and here’s my honest take:

Ambience: Clean and casual setup, good for a quick bite with friends or family. Seating was limited but comfortable. The restaurant was well-lit and air-conditioned.

Service: Staff were polite and helpful. My order was taken quickly and served within 10–15 minutes. They also assisted in customizing the pizza as per my preference.

Food Quality:

The pizzas were hot, cheesy, and flavorful.

Tried the Farmhouse and Chicken Dominator – both were delicious.

Garlic bread and Choco Lava cake were perfect side choices.

The portion size was decent for the price.

Hygiene: Tables were clean, and the overall space was maintained well. Sanitizers were available, and the kitchen looked tidy.

What could improve:

Could offer a bit more seating space for groups.

A self-service system makes it feel a little...

I’ve tried Domino’s Avadi both online and offline. The online orders were mostly fine and reached on time, but my offline experience was disappointing.

When I visited the outlet, the staff’s attention was almost fully on online orders, and our order took more than 30 minutes to be served. The restaurant environment didn’t feel good either – there was a harsh light glowing in the center with insects buzzing around it, and the tables weren’t cleaned properly.

As for the food, the quality was just average – not bad, but not something that makes you want to come back often. Parking is available as free street parking, so at least that part is convenient.

Overall, while their online delivery is okay, the dine-in experience at this branch definitely needs improvement – both in terms of cleanliness and customer...

If u need to order in avadi dominos please order a year before . very poor delivery and the contact number given by dominos in chat is not in use .

if i try to track the order in app , it is not working 😂 actually the order delivered 1.30 hrs lately .if i mention order delivered late in app it is saying you have ordered bulk . so we will not reply anything .

Main concern is at the time of taking order they cant give a estimate time and number given in virtual chat support is fake . whom to ask poor management over all .

If you keep rabbit and tortoise race dominos avadi is the Rabbit 😂. they will take your order and go to sleep and deliver next...
