Visited This Dominos, Medavakkam Main Road, Keelkatalai 02 days back. The place was not at all worth sitting. No hygiene, Flys and insects all over & the Temperature was not at all good as the Air conditioners were barely cooling. The guy on the Counter was a boy with all dull looks, extra fatty and looked as he didn’t bathe for last a week, who took nearly 10-12 mins to finalise a single order before I could get more irritated. When I asked him does it take the same time to take a single order every time, he replied YES very arrogantly. However, another girl, who still looked all PALE AND DULL and heavily tired, took my order and asked to wait for sometime. Waiting for 15-20 mins, I got a message, your order number abc is ready, Following which I moved to the counter desk to take my order, the girl replied me it’s not ready, please wait more and again another second she gave me one box of order, which I brought to my table, before opening it, I read the bill number was different. I took it back to them and I was again provided with a different box. Thankfully This time it was mine order only. But overall, no hygiene no good dining environment, no charming persons to serve the orders, it felt a waste to...

When I was a kid Pizza hut used to be a thing. Domino's has started killing competition in the market with yummy cheezeey pizza's. No doubt they are no 1 in market today.

But wait what they need to better to stay on top? Customer welcoming/addressing is lost in outles. Outlet have gone out on hygiene. No cleanliness, no timely cleaning of tables etc. Counter have no queue system for customers to stand and place order. This means strong, good at shouting, clever to push others, get to place orders first while civilized have to wait as the counter cannot loose either of the customer On the menu no much starter options. Kids used to love fries then wedges, desserts options are dry even some of them are not available out of the short list they have. Wait time is too high compared to past at outlet I have to wait for 25 Min for my order while delivery to home is 20 Min with commit of 30 Min delivery

Net net Domino is great to sit at home order and eat. Never visit outlets in Chennai if you do so you will never...

I am deeply disappointed with the recent delivery experience from Domino's Keelkattalai branch. The pizzas I received were not only the worst I've ever had from Domino's, but they were also cold upon arrival. This level of quality is unacceptable, especially considering the reputation of Domino's for delivering hot and delicious pizzas.

The crust was soggy, the toppings were sparse, and overall, the pizzas were simply not up to the standard I expected. As a loyal customer, I am saddened by this experience and feel let down by the lack of attention to detail in preparing and delivering the order.
