Truly a bad experience..The lady who was supposed to attend to customers was not at all bothered to take the order nor was she suggesting to the customers...Was planning to go for a budget friendly option of pizza mania and after placing the order she was stating that only a specific variety of crust is available and when i asked for clarification she was rude enough to say that she had informed me before taking the order itself ,which she did not do...All the time she was holding a phone in one hand n talking and not paying attention to what was being asked.Finally after getting the pizzas and opening the box we found that the pizza was dry and the cheese was just thrown here and there and all messed up..This is not the kind of service we expect from a popular brand.I called the helpling gave a feedback n they said that i will get a call back from the outlet and to my astonishment the same lady who i had given a feedback about spoke on the phone and was enquiring about my experience whereas the entire bad experience itself was actually about her behaviour.Please don't hire people who are not fit enough to keep up the...

Very worst experience to have my order delivered. Taking more than an hour and a half to deliver. The distance is less than 5 kms.. Initially the time mentioned was 30-45 mins. If the instore dining is of priority, THEN BETTER NOT ENTERTAIN ONLINE ORDER.

Unable to reach Customer service (Queue for chat is high) as well store phone (switched off)..

Food is COLD too.

Hey, I ordered my 2pizzas for 230, but they took more than an hour to arrive. Yesterday I faced the same issue . I called the store, but they didn’t respond and instead switched off the phone. How irresponsible is that? After several attempts, they finally answered my call and asked if I still wanted to continue with the order. They said that if I did, it would take another hour.
