Recently, we visited the store for takeaway. The cashier, a young girl who is fair and slim, took our order for tacos. After the order was made, we waited at our table. 10-12 minutes later, one lady, Preethi, who was preparing food, informed the cashier that the ingredients for the tacos were not available. The cashier, who was standing in the ordering section wearing earphones, heard this but remained indifferent. She continued to laugh and chat playfully with a fair and slim guy and a couple of other delivery boys, seemingly flirting with one of them.
After a few minutes, Preethi called us and informed us that the ingredients weren't available. We asked why this wasn't communicated to us when we placed the order, and why we had to wait 12 minutes. The cashier smirked and continued her playful conversation with the boys.
When we asked to speak to the manager, the delivery boys informed us that the manager wouldn't arrive at the store until late evening. We then asked for a refund, and Preethi, the lady preparing food, offered a deal - she would give us an extra garlic bread instead of our original order. Given that we had wasted almost 30 minutes, we agreed to take what was offered and leave the hostile environment.
The way things are run at this outlet is concerning. The staff, who are very young, seem careless, irresponsible, and disrespectful. They prioritize standing around, listening to music, and chatting over attending to customers. There's no respect for customers' time.
Additionally, Preethi, who seemed slightly older than the others, was preparing food with bare hands - no gloves, no overall, nothing. This is disgusting. We'll be sending a complaint to the Food and Safety Department, Tamil Nadu. If you visit this place, you can witness the whole drama firsthand - the ceiling above the pizza preparation area has mold, which is a clear indication of the hygiene standards.

I had placed an order and made an immediate payment via GPay, expecting prompt service. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the branch through any of the contact numbers provided, which left me with no choice but to reorder through Zomato in hopes of getting the food on time.
However, the overall experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing—not just for me, but for my entire family. Despite placing two separate orders, the service was highly unresponsive and fell short of expectations, especially during late-night hours.
Service is a crucial part of any business, and I believe it should be even more reliable during peak or late hours. Sadly, this particular branch did not meet the standard, and it left us disheartened.
