Domino's Pizza | Saidapet , Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

One of the poorly maintained domino pizza outlet I have ever been to in Chennai. 1.The staff were unresponsive and all were busy in their mobiles. 2.The kitchen area looked very shabby seeing from the place where I ordered. The washroom was pathetic. Noisy air machine at the entrance door which disturbs the ambience. One regular chicken pepperoni a garlic bread and regular Pepsi was provided for dine in 15 mins post placing the order which was not bad timing. The staff didn’t even bother to ask if I needed any cheese burst or additional toppings. The food was hot and lacked the taste. I am not sure if the garlic bread was actually stuffed properly, it never was this way when I order from other branches.

I regret of stopping by at this domino as I had to waste the food halfway.

I am a big fan of domino and I request the concerned to take corrective action and maintain the quality of your brand.I guess the team placed here is not motivated enough.

Based on the request by Domino I had sent my details, but even after 5 days there was neither a call from them nor any email stating the steps taken to correct.

If no action is gonna be taken then why is the domino handle asking us for details? Just to show in google that you...

Very bad customer management. I had to stay in front of the bill counter more than 10mins just to get the sales girl attention for placing my order. They don't even bother to greet the customer and inform the customer to wait if they are busy to receive order..as she was chatting with her fellow staff when my whole family standing in front of the counter at 9.45 p.m for dinner. Then, they don't even bother to guide the customer how to avail the combo offer, in spite of me enquired specifically about the offer details. She billed me without offer price in all items and I ended up paying Rs. 950/- for on regular pizza, one medium pizza, one Pepsi and one cheese potatoes, wherein I could have choose less value pizza and saved easily 300/- bucks.
