Drizzle Bistro — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, including two small kids, for a quick dinner while we were on travel. Our dining experience left much to be desired, unfortunately.

We ordered a plate of fried rice and chilly chicken, expecting it to be sufficient for our small group. However, what followed was a disappointing encounter with the staff. Despite clearly communicating our preference, the staff continuously pushed us to order more dishes. It seemed like our decision to order only two items was met with displeasure, and this made us feel uncomfortable throughout our meal.

The quality of the food itself was decent, but the overbearing attitude of the staff overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit. It's important for a dining establishment to respect the choices of its customers and create a welcoming atmosphere. Our experience here fell short of these expectations.

As a family with young children, we value a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant left us feeling unsatisfied and unwelcome due to the unnecessary pressure to order more food.

In the future, we hope the management addresses the issue of pushy staff behavior and focuses on ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers. It's disappointing to see potential tarnished by inadequate customer service.

I visited Drizzle Bistro for the very first time today. I didn't have much of expectation or prior thoughts abouts the service and the food offered at the restaurant.

In the front it had a nice entrance but so pleasing. The inner atmosphere was really good with small water fall arrangement and glass hangings on the separation.

I ordered soup starters main course and kabab. I was previously informed about the delay in making of Kabab. But to my surprise as soon as we completed the soup we received our main course and Kabab.

The mutton kabab served here was really different and juicy. I really loved it.

The service was good and the taste of the food served was really nice.

To finish of our lunch we ordered lime soda and lime ginger.

Lime ginger was really awesome and helps for digestion after heavy lunch.

The one thing I disliked was some of the items mentioned in the menu card was not available and i have to chose...

Worst experience ever. The service was too horrible and the rate was dramatically high but the food was not worth the amount. I’m giving 1 star rating because that is supposed to be needed to add the comment. Or else I’ll give just -5 ratings as it is the worst experienice we ever had. They took the order but we didn’t get any food. We were waiting there for more than 1 hour but we didn’t get any dish. After a while they brought the soup and we were waiting again for more than 20 minutes to get one starters. After that we can’t tolerate it and canceled the dishes and asked for the bill and the bill amount was 1849 which is not at all acceptable. On the while so many customers walked out out of frustration. It was such a scam. And the infrastructure was like patch works. They just stick everything to show off. Worst...
