Had the worst experience here. Made an order for takeaway and food was provided after more than an hour. It was a festive day, so the crowd was a little high, so we could understand the delay, but still more than an hour?!

Also, the food was worst. I ordered,

Golden Fried Prawn - Prawn was completely under cooked and the prawn present inside the masala coating can be removed out and again can be fried on our own. That's the level of under cooking we are dealing with here. We still were able to feel the raw smell and taste of prawn while eating it. Was a complete disgust.

Prawn 65 - There was 0 crispiness in this food. Felt like a biscuit that was left under fan for 2 days. There was no taste and felt like it was re-fried again after days.

Crab Lollipop - This actually tasted okay. But then the bone that was present in the crab lollipop tasted badly. It had a taste of food that has gone bad.

Other than these, Mutton Biriyani was okay. Noodles was a bit better.

Not sure if it is okay for a hotel to server food that is undercooked. But it is a serious offense if food that has gone bad is provided. This should be taken to the eyes of food safety inspectors, so that hotels like these around the city can be inspected now and then, thereby enforcing better quality from hotels.

Yesterday afternoon I bought 2 chicken briyani and 2 plain briyani 1 pepper chicken bbq around 1.30 to 2 o'clock after eating the meal at the end I saw chicken piece in briyani were blood clotted I thought maybe chicken was not cleaned properly but I was wrong after 2 hr I started vomiting frequently more than 9 or 10 time and I also have diarrhea atlast I end up in hospital after taking test they confirm food poisoned I don't click the pictures of chicken they put in briyani if I have solid evidence I maybe took that into more serious I am writing it now at 3 o'clock in the morning 5/6/23 after reaching home from hospital, please check the product you...

Getting Worst now a days, i gave five star a year back but now am giving only one star. Me and my friends went there we had chilli chicken, chicken fried rice and chicken noodles we got food poison and loose motion immediately, while the supplier bringing food one cockroach was coming out from the fried rice 🍚 we asked what's this for that he didn't even give proper reply. It's my favourite hotel for grill and barbeque that's y I didn't even give complaint or else for sure I will give complaint to the food safety officer for this incident.. please don't give worst food ..u r not giving anything free or complementary we are paying...
