Dubai Kitchen — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We used to be frequent visitors here because the food was consistently good. However, during one of our recent visits, the power went out while we were dining — and to our surprise, there was no backup power at all. When we raised this with the manager, the response was dismissive: “This never happens here. It’s the first time.”

Still, we chose to stay and finish our meal in complete darkness, purely out of loyalty as regular customers. Unfortunately, the food served after the power cut was below standard, and we had to leave due to poor air circulation. Even more concerning — the kitchen had no power, and the staff was using mobile phone flashlights to cook.

Hi, I am a regular customer to this hotel and most of the foods tastes good. Today I went to this hotel and ordered a dinner and am waiting for that . An old couple came to this hotel to have dinner and the old lady is suffering from knee pain. His husband asked the hotel incharge to allow them to have dinner in ground floor but he denied them. Usually the food service was only available at 1at floor and for the old people, they can permit to dine in the ground floor. But they didn't allow and that makes her to step up to the first floor with knee pain and that makes me feel bad. Hotel is not only for the quality of the food and taste. I have been here for Sahar during Ramazan 2022. Alhamdulillah the Sahar was good. Initially there was queue to enter into the hotel as there were many people eating and ammy people waiting outside. But within less than 10 mins we went in and had a good Sahar Meal for free. A very good fecility for Bachelors or students from other states. But some of the people came here with their families ( wife and children) to have Sahar Meal which was quite surprising They also provided free tea.
