Chai Kings - ECR Neelankarai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I and my friend just left chai kings neelankarai with a disappointing experience. We waited for a long time to order sugarless tea nd coffee. I truly appreciate Chai Kings employs deaf nd mute individuals, and they generally provide excellent service. But there r usually 1 or 2 staff members who can speak to guide and assist them.

Today, there was a person at the counter who seemed very confused and struggled to take our order, making us wait unnecessarily. After finally getting the bill we again mentioned at the tea receiving area that we wanted sugarless tea. But still, we were served tea with sugar. When v pointed out the mistake, a staff member told us that sugarless tea only comes in L sizes and all tea contains half sugar. This explanation should have been provided earlier, either by guiding the deaf and mute staff or informing us directly. I really don’t know why he was waiting so long to convey this

We left without consuming the tea or coffee we had paid for due to the poor service nd miscommunication. It was a very frustrating experience, and I dont plan on visiting this...

I’m a very regular and totally into it person with Chaiking neelankarai, recent days or many months together they lost the cleanliness and hygiene with this place, most of the time it is stinking due to the high load of waste keeping inside the store without proper ventilation and drain issues, they are not even cleaning the tea glasses properly I was telling them many times casually and change the glasses due to Staines and not being washed properly, today unfortunately I had the tea with the same glass which used two days before that stain and dirt being not cleaned for two days came to me again I took the photo and showed them the manager saying very casually it will be like that only what to do with that, I lost the impression with the brand now it’s getting worse than ever. Being a coffee person, I didn't expect much when I went to Chai King's, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are a variety of coffee options as well, and the eateries, biscuits, and samosas are definitely at the top of the list for me. Another eatery that is just easy to devour is the Irish coffee donut. Another reason why I will always go to this coffee shop, and you should too, is due to the fact that they have hired specially abled people, which is a fantastic initiative from Chai Kings. For those who have to pick up their coffee fast and leave for work, this may not be the most ideal coffee shop due to the slight challenge of conveying messages through signs.
