Fasta Pizza — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had a disappointing experience with Fasta Pizza, Kattupakkam.

I ordered a Mexican roll via Zomato for Rs. 199, expecting a decent portion. What I got was one tiny piece, only to later find out in-store that the actual price is Rs. 39. The updated Rs. 199 version includes two pieces with salad and dip, which I wasn’t sent. No apology, no acknowledgment of the pricing issue on Zomato or Swiggy.

In-store was equally bad: outdated menu cards, lack of basic service (water, dips, timely orders), and a clear disregard for customer experience.
