There’s nothing more to discuss. My husband already informed your staff in person at the restaurant that the meat you served was old. Despite that, no action was taken, and unfortunately, my entire family suffered severe health issues because of it. It took us a full week to recover.
Money is not the issue here—our health is. I’m not here to create a scene but as someone who values basic safety and dignity, I need to say this: If you have children or loved ones, think twice before feeding people food like this.
I don’t have time to come inspect your kitchen or argue further. This is simply to let you know the consequences of such negligence.
Terrible Experience – Unsafe Food, Severe Health Impact Today, my family and I visited this restaurant around 3:30 PM for lunch. We ordered chicken biryani, mixed fried rice, and fried prawns. Right from the moment we entered, there was a foul, unpleasant smell inside the place. We were hesitant but decided to give it a chance since it was late in the afternoon.
Unfortunately, that was a terrible mistake.
The mixed fried rice had a horrible, yucky smell – it was absolutely inedible. The chicken biryani was no better. The chicken clearly seemed old and stale. We couldn’t finish even a few bites. We politely informed the server that the food quality was unacceptable, especially the chicken, and paid a bill of around ₹800 before leaving.
Now, it’s 11 PM as I write this review from the hospital. All three of us – adults – are suffering from severe food poisoning with stomach pain, vomiting, and dizziness. I cannot imagine what would have happened if children had eaten this.
Please do not risk your health by visiting this place. To the restaurant owner: Serving spoiled food is not just unethical – it is dangerous. People come to your place with the trust that the food is fresh and safely prepared. What we experienced today was completely unacceptable.
I sincerely urge food safety authorities to inspect this place immediately and take necessary action. No one else should go through what we’re going...
Read moreFantastic Family Dining Experience at Noor Biryani!
We visited Noor Biryani as a family and had a wonderful dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations.
We tried the Mutton Biryani, Kashmiri Pulav, Alfaham BBQ, Crab Lollipop, and Gobi 65. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared. The Mutton Biryani was aromatic and perfectly cooked, while the Kashmiri Pulav had a subtle sweetness that balanced the meal nicely.
The Alfaham BBQ was juicy and full of smoky flavor, and the Crab Lollipop was a unique and tasty surprise – crispy outside and tender inside.
Only minor feedback: the Gobi 65 was a bit on the oily side, but still tasty.
The service was prompt and the staff was courteous. Great ambiance for family dining. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and tasty non-veg dishes in a clean and...
Read moreI visited the restaurant today and being a biriyani fan, I placed order for a Mutton Dum Biriyani and a Mint Lime. The biriyani was amazing, but the Mint Lime was pathetically bad. I intimated this to the floor-in-charge (I think his name was Manish - if I am not wrong) and I insisted him to try the drink. After tasting it, without any hesitation he offered a replacement. A staff came to me to ask for the details and they brought me a fresh one. This time, it was decent.
More than the food and overall atmosphere, I liked their attitude towards listening to feedback from customers, admit and understand the issues so that they can do continuous improvement on quality and service.
Overall, I had a nice experience. Please note that this is a decent budget restaurant with...
