French Loaf — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is the second time in row that Im having bad pastry from this location! The first time I got a tiramisu piece & it was spoilt! Immediately came down to the store return it stating that it was spoilt! This time I got a chocolate donut and Apple pie. As you can see from the image the donut is stale & hard!

Initially I was excited that we have a French loaf in our area, but now it's just sad that they sell all stale pastries and bakes in here! Not coming back!

I also believe that most of the reviews in here are fake, coz twice times in a row & in a gap of one month I've had bad bakes from them & my brother had a similar experience in here as well!

If you really Wana retain your customers, the least you've gotto do is provide them with fresh food!

I'm sorry but this is totally not acceptable, coming from this brand! The franchise has to take...

I got a supposedly black current cake from their ready made pieces..which tasted like simple choclate cake....it was hard and not at all moist and the frosting was quite less .....I expected a lot more from them as they are an established brand...I don't know whether it's because it was a ready made piece from their display and not a pre-order one.......was kinda disappointing as it was for my son's birthday....also because they are costlier than a much smaller local bakery who gave a very moist and delicious...

Ordered a tiramisu cake today for a bday celebration , and was terribly disappointed. The cake tasted like it had gone bad.
