Today, my office team went to Green tree Restaurant for lunch, and the experience was highly disappointing. Here's a detailed account of what happened: Delayed Service: The food was served extremely late. Initially, we waited 20 minutes just to get the first order. Incorrect Order Sequence: Starters were delivered after the main course, completely disrupting the dining experience. Poor Order Tracking: There was no proper tracking of the orders. Different staff members served the food, leading to confusion. Billing Issues: They gave us the wrong bill amount, which was less than what we ordered. We informed them about the mistake, but it was clear they had no proper system for keeping track of the food served. Long Wait Times: After waiting for over 20 minutes at the reception for the corrected bill, they asked us to leave, saying they would send the bill amount via WhatsApp within 20 minutes. Overcharging: When they finally sent the bill, it included extra items we never ordered. Unprofessional Behavior: When we pointed out the mistakes, they used provoking words and insisted we ordered extra items. Lack of Accountability: Even after reviewing the CCTV footage, which clearly showed their mistakes, they refused to take responsibility...

Menu - has all veg and non-veg items, biriyani, naan, chappathi, fried rices, meals, desserts, ice creams

Most ordered items are good, tasty. Kids also liked. The spice level is indicated in the menu card so order accordingly.

Service - personnel are polite and courteous, ordered items arrived in order. Samiel from WB is quick and helpful, though couldn’t understand much of Tamil.😊

Ambience - is good, neatly arranged tables and wall decor, lights- pls refer pics, videos

Prices - are reasonable, neither low nor high

Parking - Two wheelers on the roadside, car parking for few on the road side and a big parking lot opposite side with clear sign boards 👍

Online order delivery is managed separately in a space without blocking the restaurant people

There’s a small waiting area near the cash counter. Hand wash area and toilets are managed ok.
