Hot Breads — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Had a very bad experience ordering the cake from hot breads. I have ordered a theme cake for my daughter’s birthday a week before and given all the instructions clearly. On the celeb day, they are sending a pic of the cake which is not even close to 20% of what we ordered and given some lame reasons. For a 5 pm celebs, they gave me a normal cream cake around 07:00 pm in the night. Having paid an advance and informed well before the date. They didn’t bothered about the customer and their expectations. With all the decorations done and guests lined up they gave us the cake 2 hours later than the expected time and that too a normal cream cake. Higher level management should take care of this cheap service and particularly raise an enquiry against the below people

1. Mani - Uthandi branch (Service person who took the order from me and promised to deliver the same with 90% approx look alike)
2. Vijay - Uthandi branch (As a manager, he doesn’t even bothered about the deliveries and was on leave on the day and doesn’t know what’s happening in his branch)
3. Ajay (Chef from Adambakkam branch) - he was totally lying throughout the communication and false playing with the statement that they are coming with the new cake and promised to deliver the cake before 5 and delayed it to 7.

This should be highlighted to the highest management to take necessary enquiry on this incident. My peaceful celebration for my daughter’s birthday was completely ruined because of these people’s.

Note to others: Pls think twice before ordering any cake for parties, birthday or you should be in the same...

Date : 24/02/2020, Time 2:00 PM. Worst experience I ever had. I ordered Chicken Bun, Bun Butter, Sausage Roll and i had dine in. While billing, the attendent asked me if i ate anything else, when I said NO he asked me then why is that my table has 4 plate instead of 3. One extra plate was kept by another attendent with spoon, fork and knife. Without knowing this your staff accused me of a thief. Is this the way you treat a customer? It's a beautiful cake shop.Expensive but you get what you paid,almost 1k for a cake but the cake is worth that money.they will make it immediately.so you will get fresh creamed 🍰 cake.
