I hoped that after they renovated the restaurant it would be good, as I used to like their gravies very much before. But I regret visiting the restaurant.
The atmosphere was terrible, they had only one very old A/C for the whole of first floor and it wasn't working properly, we barely felt A/C was 'on'. Their sofas were so uncomfortable, they were so small in width to even sit and kept coming out even if we moved. They had a very bad ambience (for a newly renovated restaurant) had no proper view, no fragrance or good smell to sit ,it felt very uncomfortable.
The food. The food met the worst expectations. The mayonnaise for the grill looked like a paste and smelled like curd. The panner 65 was very less in quality, they literally filled curry leaves and onions in the plate more than the 65 pieces. They stored the after food sweet Zeera in a very old box which looked very badly maintained. The sweet Zeera was served without spoon. The toothpicks were of really bad quality looked like match sticks/broom sticks. The plates were very small to eat with. The gravies were good, grill was decent. That's the only positive.
The service was very bad. The waiters didn't know to give basic respect and appearance in front of customers, and behaved like they hated the customers for no reason. They didn't know how to keep the dishes on the table properly, kept the dishes carelessly somewhere in the table like there were no customers in front of the table. The waiter was sitting in front of the customers and watching cricket like some security guard which disturbed our eating experience.
They put a different item in the bill instead of the starter we ate and we asked them to change it (reduced the cost by 80rs). The item name was in no way similar to the item we ate, even in terms of alphabets. Seemed like it was on purpose to increase the price.
To summarise it was a very unsatisfactory, unpleasant and worst experience. The renovations were very cheaply made as it was very obvious that everything looked...
