I have three negative points to share here. The first two are about the particular shop and location and the third one is about KFC. The shop is not so spacious and there are only few tables. The area is so congested in this pandemic situation. They can use the outside open area with some more tables. As the shop located in the centre of the city we face traffic issues while reaching there from home and have difficulties in parking vehicles. If it is located in outer of the city like kangeyam road, uthukuli road or perumanalur to avinashi bye pass we can avoid traffic problems. Because distance is not problem for the people who wants to go to KFC. The third one is the cost. KFC is famous for their unique fried chicken. Once we are ready to give any price for that fried chicken as that kind of chicken was only available there. But nowadays many of us learnt to prepare that fried chicken in our home and we can get the same from other hotels for lesser cost. If they are maintaining the same billing it is tough to run the shop. They have to reduce the amount or introduce attractive combo offers. Read moreI am really disappointed by the service in this place. Fast food means that as a customer I am supposed to place an order and be out of the place within 5 minutes of ordering. Unfortunately the staff are very inexperienced and we had to wait almost 25 minutes for an order of chicken strips, popcorn and mojito (most of which was already prepared). Inspite of making us wait, they also forgot to add the popcorn since the staff are so confused and inexperienced.
I have travelled the world and ate at KFC everywhere else but never experienced such horrible customer service anywhere. If this continues, it is highly likely that they will be shutting down soon.
Our order number was 22412 placed on 1st January 2022 and I'm sure an order of chicken popcorn will be pending there.

He was rude n said we don't have your order and I am not responsible. I don't care from where did you order,you ask swiggy. I told him the order shows in progress on the app. He said yes we can see it as well but it is not for our store. I asked him for his name. He said why should I give out my name.
